Four decades of building quality homes, together. That’s family.

For more than 40 years, the family-run team at Eastpoint Constructions have been delivering quality home building, renovation and extension services across Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

Started in 1978 by Kerry Adams, and now run by his son-in-law Russell Ferris and builder Luke Smith, Eastpoint Constructions has a reputation for high quality workmanship and professional, friendly service. The team also includes our 'extended family'—a network of talented tradespeople, some of whom have been working with us for more than 20 years.

Eastpoint works with clients who love their existing homes and local communities but need to create more space for their families. Our years of building and design experience means that we can work closely with your architect, or directly with yourself, to ensure style and attention to detail.

We always operate with integrity and respect for our clients, sticking to project schedules and budgets so the building process is as enjoyable for you as it is for us.

Because our talented trade teams focus on a limited number of jobs at a time, we deliver our projects much faster than other builders, meaning you get more time to enjoy your new or improved home.
